1. Order & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be processed? We strive to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that our team does not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

How long does delivery take? Once your order is processed, the transit time is 3–5 business days. Including the processing time, you can expect your package to arrive within 4–7 business days after placing your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Is shipping really free? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no surprise shipping fees at checkout.

How can I track my shipment? After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier’s website. If you haven't received an email within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.
2. Payments & Billing

What payment methods can I use? We want to make your checkout as easy as possible. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept payments via Apple Pay.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information? Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our website uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data. All transactions are handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We never store or have access to your full credit card details.

Why was my order canceled? We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or involve unauthorized reselling. If your order is canceled due to an error in billing information, please ensure your details match the information associated with your payment method and try again, or contact us for help.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to love your Toledope apparel. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Who pays for the return shipping? If the return is due to a change of mind or an ordering error on the customer's part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item? We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately! Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number. We will then guide you through the process of receiving a replacement or a refund.

How long will it take to get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Product Information

How do I choose the right size? To ensure you find the perfect fit, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your favorite fitting T-shirt and comparing those dimensions to our chart before placing your order.

How should I care for my printed T-shirts? To keep your prints vibrant and long-lasting, we recommend turning your garment inside out, washing it in cold water with similar colors, and tumble drying on low heat or air drying. Avoid ironing directly over the printed area.
